Fall season, two week later, October 2019

Ok, I will say it again.  Do not judge me. I acknowledge that I watch WAY too much tv, but it brings me joy. Especially when I come across some of my favorite performers. But when they are underserved in undeserving projects, it makes me sad. But since it’s CBS this time, I guess this show will be around for a while.  I watched the first episode of Bob ♥️s Abishola and I did not like it. Fraught with stereotypes and stilted humor, I was less than impressed until Gina Yashere was on screen. I live for a glimpse of this woman and her blunt humor, her direct delivery and she never disappoints. I am watching the second episode now and may continue only for her. Perhaps the powers that be should just give her a 30 minute special once a quarter. That would be so much better. In the meantime I will see if this show she co writes and co produces and co created will be ok.
